Delivery

• All purchases over £20 will be delivered free of charge within the UK mainland and Channel Islands, either by standard mail services or courier. Delivery to all other locations will be calculated pro rata based on destination and total weight. If you are outside of the UK, please contact us for a shipping quote before ordering. 
• In all cases, helmets will be delivered by specialised courier service.
• Delivery charges within the UK for purchases totalling less than £20 are calculated on total weight, this includes the weight of both the products and the packaging.
• We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days. For orders from locations outside the UK, please contact us for an estimated delivery time.
• All delivery timescales are subject to stock availability.
• Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes on any of our delivery services.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation and with any tags in place. 

We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item. 

Please note: Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 30 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, and during this time you have a duty of care towards the item. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

We will refund the return delivery charges only where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Suitability

We do not guarantee the suitability of goods for any specific person or use. As with any mail order purchase the choice of suitable items lies with the consumer based on our fair and accurate description. Once goods have been used they are classed as second hand and cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing fault. 

Your right to cancel

The UK Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products.

To return an item, complete our online Returns Form. To do this, you must have created an account with us when you purchased the item. Simply 'sign in' to your account, select 'Completed Orders' then use the 'Return an Item' link.
If you did not create an account, but instead used the 'checkout as a guest' option, then please use the 'Contact Us' page to inform us that you wish to return an item. Please provide as much information as you can about your order, and the reason for return.
